AFRICAN DESCENT EDUCATION, ADVANCEMENT, AND EQUITY INITIATIVE CANADA ASSOCIATION (ADEA-EICA)
exists to offer Education, new skills, and new knowledge, with crime prevention, Anti racism, building bridges among cultures has been in the heart of ADEA-EICA, the support for parents of Mixed-Race Children, the programming from our inception. We strive to foster a better understanding of each other, our professions, and our communities. It is difficult for parents raising children in a world that is centered around hate and division. It is a far greater challenge raising a mixed-race child in a society that was built on inferiority. Many mixed-race children have to deal with serious identity issues that can follow them well into adulthood.
Vision.
Provide Inclusive Opportunities and take part in a greater variety of sports and physical activities. Endeavor to become the leading voice at the intersection of community social services, sports, Arts, culture, and Environment..
Mission.
Advance cutting-edge sports-specific research, educate, and improve the physical and emotional lives of current and former athletes, and harness the power of sport to inspire positive social change. Promote local and international understanding through education, professional development, cross-cultural exchange, Youth Sports, and empowerment.
NanoSoft launches as an independent business. NanoSoft moves into our New York offices. Those offices became home for the next 20 years as the business continued to grow from strength to strength.
Objectives.
Recreation and Fitness activities, individual activities, and non-traditional games, that is adapted recreation, with a recreation and physical education setting. To increase young people’s enjoyment of and participation in sport and physical activity, with a flexible approach working with young people to find the solutions.
